Indications

• Overweight or obese children
• Prader Willi Syndrome
• Defects in the intraluminal hydrolysate of fat
• Defective mucosal fat absorption

• Sucrase/isomaltase deficiency
• May be useful for Pompe Disease

Dosage

To be determined by the Clinician/Dietician. Dose is dependent on age, body weight.

If any medical condition mentioned above, the dose will be dependent on the control, complications of the disorder

Ideally should consumed before meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner in prescribed amount

Please note that dose should ‘Not exceed the recommended daily usage”

Direction for Preparation

• The child’s health depends on carefully following the instructions. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm.
• Add 1 scoop (8g) of SP Obestop Formula in 30ml of Liquid suggested by health care professional.
• Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing the formula. If using water to prepare the formula you need to use boiled cooled, water. Use boiled clean utensils, bottles and nipples in water before use. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle/utensil.
• Add the correct amount of SP Obestop formula powder, cap the bottle or cover the utensil and shake vigorously for some time.
• If instructed to use the scoop unpacked and use a levelled scoop.
• Once prepared, product can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or after feeding begins, use within 1 hour otherwise discard.
• Do not freeze prepared product.

 

Storage

Unopened: SP Obestop nutrition formula should be stored in a cool dry place below 25⁰C

• Store DRY scoop in a container.
• Open only one sachet at a time for use.
• Seal the used sachet properly after use
• Once opened: Use within one month.
• Shelf life: Check the production date

Important Notice: Should not be boiled nor added to hot food & if wish can give only at lukewarm temperature
