Suitable for 2 years and above age group
A blend of essential and nonessential amino acids (free from offending amino acid
leucine), carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, minerals, trace elements
Not for use as sole source of nutrition.
Suitable for enteral feeds
Not suitable for parenteral use
Not Suitable for Infants

Dilution

SP IVA C formula should be diluted as suggested by treating Doctor / Dietician or one
scoop can be dissolved in 30 ml fluid

Storage

Unopened: SP-IVA C nutrition formula should be stored in a cool dry place at
temperature below 25 degree centigrade. Store DRY scoop in a container.
Open only one sachet at a time for use. Seal the used sachet properly after use
Once opened: Use within one month.
