Not for use as sole source of nutrition.

Not suitable for parenteral use
Not Suitable for Infants

Dilution

SP HCU C formula should be diluted as suggested by treating Doctor / Dietician or one
scoop can be dissolved in 30 ml fluid

Storage

Unopened: SP-HCU C nutrition formula should be stored in a cool dry place at
temperature below 25 degree centigrade. Store DRY scoop in a container.
Open only one sachet at a time for use. Seal the used sachet properly after use
Once opened: Use within one month.
