Isoleucine, Threonine, Methionine & Valine), carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, minerals,
trace elements
Not for use as sole source of nutrition.
Suitable for enteral feeds
Not suitable for parenteral use
Not Suitable for Infants

Dilution

SP MMA/PA C formula should be diluted as suggested by treating Doctor / Dietician or
one scoop can be dissolved in 30 ml fluid

Storage

Unopened: SP-MMA/PA C nutrition formula should be stored in a cool dry place at
temperature below 25 degree centigrade. Store DRY scoop in a container.
Open only one sachet at a time for use. Seal the used sachet properly after use
Once opened: Use within one month.
